When Pain Isn’t Just Physical

During the filming of my brand video, I asked the videographer if he had any pain I could help demonstrate with.
He mentioned his right knee — sore, tight, and achy for weeks.

I walked him through a short emotional release process. Nothing invasive, no touching, no deep therapy. Just identifying what emotion the body was holding onto and gently letting it go.

Within minutes, his expression changed. The pain in his knee eased noticeably, and the stiffness that had been bothering him for weeks was suddenly lighter.

It wasn’t magic — it was his body finally releasing the emotion it had been protecting him from.

This is what I mean when I say healing goes deeper than the surface.

So many of the women I work with come to me because:

  • They’ve done the hard work of getting sober,

  • But they still feel tension, heaviness, or anxiety trapped in their body.

That’s what we uncover in the Emotional Discovery Experience — the hidden triggers stored not only in your mind, but in your body.

You’ve done the hardest part by getting sober.
This next step helps your body catch up to your healing.
