Release the Past. Change Your Future.

Removing the subconscious patterns driving stress, behavior, and physical symptoms.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in something you can’t seem to change.

I didn’t find this work because I was looking for a new career. I found it because I needed answers for myself.

For years, I dealt with addiction, emotional numbness, and patterns I couldn’t seem to change, even when I understood what I was doing.

What changed things for me was finally getting underneath those patterns and working with what was still there.

That experience changed my life, and it’s why I do this work today.

Watch my story below.

Your life can look fine on the outside while something still feels off inside.

Happy sober and emotionally balanced woman

Old experiences can leave behind emotional patterns and subconscious beliefs that continue to affect you long after the original situation is over.

They can show up as:

  • relationships that keep ending the same way

  • arguments you promised yourself you wouldn’t have again

  • guilt that keeps you quiet

  • fear of being rejected or being “too much”

  • burnout that leaves you exhausted and numb

  • choices you regret even though you knew better

  • shutting down when things get uncomfortable

  • feeling like you should be happier than you are

These things don’t always change just because you understand them or try harder.

Sometimes the part that needs attention is what was left behind underneath.

Happy recovered women

Your body can hold onto stress long after the moment has passed.

When you’ve lived through prolonged stress, emotional pain, chaos, or trauma, those experiences don’t always disappear just because life has moved on.

You may still notice it in everyday life:

  • your mind immediately goes to the worst-case scenario

  • your body stays tense even when you’re trying to relax

  • small situations create bigger reactions than you expected

  • you shut down, pull away, or become overwhelmed

  • fear affects decisions you wish you could make differently

  • stress seems to show up physically as well as emotionally

Sometimes what you’re feeling today is connected to something your mind and body learned a long time ago.

And that’s exactly the kind of thing we look for in this work.

I had suffered from plantar fasciitis for quite some time, and lower back pain from a boating accident. After working with Shawn, I was able to feel a complete difference. The pain has continued improving.”

Two years later, Caleb added:

“It’s been two years and my foot has yet to affect me again. Without this work, what I’m doing now in my life wouldn’t have been possible.
— Caleb L.

A lot of what you believe about yourself started before you were old enough to question it.

Experiences from childhood, relationships, loss, rejection, addiction, trauma, and other difficult periods can shape beliefs that stay with you long after life has changed.

Beliefs like:

  • I’m not good enough.

  • I have to keep everyone happy.

  • I can’t let my guard down.

  • I have to be in control.

  • I don’t deserve better.

  • People always leave.

  • I can’t be myself.

You may not consciously think these things every day.

But when a belief becomes deeply rooted, it can affect the choices you make, the relationships you accept, the way you react, and what you expect from yourself and other people.

What you learned to believe about yourself doesn’t have to stay that way.

This is where we begin looking beneath the surface at the emotional experiences and subconscious beliefs connected to what keeps showing up in your life.

I worked with Shawn after I lost my son. He helped me release emotional trauma, not only from the loss of my son, but from my past also. It didn’t take away my grief, but it helped make it manageable.

What changes when you stop living from the same old patterns?

You stop making the same choices for the same reasons.

You stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.

You stop confusing fear with intuition.

You stop choosing relationships, habits, and situations that keep taking you back to the same pain.

You begin to trust yourself more.

You become clearer about what you want, what you will no longer accept, and what actually feels right for you.

Your relationships can change because you are no longer showing up the same way.

Your decisions can change because they are no longer being made from the same fear, guilt, pressure, or old beliefs.

And over time, your life can begin to look very different because you are no longer creating it from the same place.

This work is about more than feeling better.

It’s about changing the patterns that have shaped the way you live, so you have the chance to build something different.

Real change means working with more than the problem you can see.

What you’re dealing with today may be connected to years of emotional experiences, beliefs you formed about yourself, stress your body has held onto, and ways you learned to protect yourself.

That’s why we don’t just talk about what’s happening now.

We look for the pieces underneath it.

That may include:

  • emotional experiences that still carry a charge

  • subconscious beliefs about yourself, relationships, safety, love, success, or what you deserve

  • stress and emotional tension your body may still be holding

  • old experiences that continue to affect how you react today

  • beliefs and emotional patterns learned early in life or within your family

  • the deeper layers connected to a problem that may not be obvious at first

I use The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code as tools to help identify and work with those different layers.

But the goal isn’t to check boxes or follow a technique.

The goal is to find what still needs to change so you’re no longer living from the same place that created the problem.

Watch a Real Session

This client came in because of ongoing knee pain.

As we worked together, something interesting came up: a fear of moving forward in his business.

There was an obvious parallel. He was struggling emotionally with moving forward, while physically dealing with pain in the knee he depended on to move forward.

Does that mean the fear caused his knee pain? I can't say that.

But it was a connection worth exploring.

During the session, we worked with the emotional and subconscious pieces that came up around it, and he noticed a change in how his knee felt.

The video below shows the session and his reaction in real time.

I’ll admit I was somewhat skeptical during the first sessions, but the results quickly put that to rest. In later sessions, I could physically feel relief before Shawn confirmed that he was working on the area.

Lasting change usually happens in layers.

The problem you notice first is not always the whole problem.

Something happening in a relationship may connect to an old belief about rejection.

Constant stress may be tied to years of feeling responsible for everyone around you.

A reaction that seems completely out of proportion today may make much more sense once we find where it started.

That’s why this work isn’t about chasing one symptom at a time.

We begin with what is affecting your life now, then follow what comes up underneath it.

We identify the emotional experiences, subconscious beliefs, and other pieces connected to the problem.

We work through those layers as they come up.

And as those old pieces begin to change, we keep looking at what remains rather than assuming one breakthrough means the work is finished.

The goal is not a temporary shift.

It’s to keep working through what has been built up over the years so the changes have a chance to reach deeper into how you feel, respond, choose, and live.

Start With One Problem. Let’s See What’s Underneath It.

You don’t have to commit to a full program before you know whether this work feels right for you.

The $47 Discovery Session is a focused working session where we start with something that is affecting your life right now and begin looking at what may be connected to it underneath.

During the session, we may uncover emotional experiences, subconscious beliefs, stress held in the body, or other pieces connected to what you’re dealing with.

And we don’t just talk about what we find.

We begin working with it during the session.

You’ll also receive my notes afterward so you can see what came up and what we worked on.

If you decide you want to continue into one of my programs, your $47 Discovery Session fee is applied toward your package.

You don’t need to know what’s causing the problem before you come in.

Bring the thing you want to change.

We’ll start there and see what we find.

This call is for identifying the pattern, not managing the symptoms.

You Don’t Have to Keep Living With the Same Things You’ve Been Trying to Change.

You may not be able to change what happened in the past.

But you can change what you carry forward from it.

The beliefs you formed, the emotional weight you’ve held onto, the reactions that became automatic, and the ways you learned to protect yourself do not have to decide what the rest of your life looks like.

You can begin looking at what’s still there, work through it piece by piece, and give yourself the chance to move forward differently.

The past may explain where you are.

It doesn’t have to decide where you go next.
