CONFESSIONS OF AN ENERGY HEALER (THE VERSION I NEVER SAY OUT LOUD)
People love the idea of healing.
They just don’t like the part where it exposes the truth.
So here it is — the version you won’t get from the “love and light” crowd.
This is what I wish every client knew before they book a session with me —
not to protect me…
but because it would snap them out of the trance they’ve been living in.
Let’s go.
1. You don’t have commitment issues — you have comfort issues.
Every time your life actually starts moving forward, you freak out and sprint back to what hurts — because it’s familiar.
Your nervous system doesn’t want “better.”
It wants predictable.
And predictable often looks like:
pushing away good people
holding onto shitty people
freezing the second you get momentum
creating a crisis right before things get stable
You call it bad luck.
I call it survival code.
And it can be rewritten — but not by reading another meme.
2. You’re not “self-sabotaging.” You’re self-protecting with outdated instructions.
Let’s be real:
If you were truly sabotaging yourself, you’d be doing it with intention.
You’re not.
You’re on autopilot, running code you didn’t choose:
don’t get too close
don’t stand out
don’t trust your intuition
don’t ask for more
don’t relax
don’t need anyone
That code kept you alive once.
But now?
It’s suffocating you.
3. Healing isn’t gentle — it’s surgical.
But not in the way you think.
It doesn’t slice you open.
It slices through the bullshit:
Your excuses.
Your “I’m fine.”
Your spiritual bypassing.
Your identity built on pain.
Your loyalty to the version of you who barely survived.
Healing isn’t the warm bath.
It’s the moment you realize you’ve been bathing in someone else’s story.
4. Your nervous system isn’t fragile — stop treating it like it’s going to break.
You’ve lived through hell with no resources.
Now you have support, tools, a stable environment — and you’re scared of feeling?
You’re not fragile.
You’re tired.
There’s a difference.
Your system isn’t delicate — it’s overworked.
And it’s begging for an upgrade.
5. You don’t have “attachment issues.” You have emotional muscle memory.
Let me say this without sugar:
You’re not attracted to chaos because it’s sexy.
You’re attracted to chaos because your body thinks it’s home.
Healthy feels unsafe until you rewire your baseline.
That’s not psychology — that’s physics.
6. You’re not hard to heal. You’re hard to convince that healing is for you.
Every client who says:
“I’m probably your worst case…”
“I don’t think I can change…”
“I’ve tried everything…”
…has the same problem:
They’re more loyal to their limitations than their potential.
Not because they want to be —
but because no one ever taught their system what freedom feels like.
And they assume what they’ve known the longest is who they are.
It’s not.
7. The thing you’re terrified to face is EXACTLY what’s keeping you alive in the wrong life.
You’re not afraid of trauma.
You’re afraid that if you let it go, you won’t recognize yourself.
Good.
That’s where real transformation happens:
when the identity built on pain finally falls apart,
and the identity built on truth finally has space to exist.
The Real Confession?
I’m not here to comfort your patterns.
I’m here to confront them.
Not with blame.
With accuracy.
Your nervous system isn’t the enemy — it’s just overdue for a system update.
If you’re ready for that level of honesty…
If you’re done negotiating with the version of you that barely survived…
